An introduction to creating organisations and teams in Blox

Collaboration is at the heart of effective financial planning and modelling. In Blox, you can invite team members to your organisation, to make collaboration on shared models seamless.

Creating your organisation
Your organisation is automatically created when you sign up to Blox! No further action is required to set up your organisation.
Note: in order to have additional team members, you need to be on one of the Blox premium plans. See our pricing page to find out more about the different Blox plans.
Managing your organisation
1. Open your profile section, found in the top right hand corner
3. From here, rename your Organisation, provide additional details and add your company logo!
4. To add more team members to your organisation, see the section below
Inviting members to your team
- Open your profile section, found in the top right hand corner
3. From here, you can view all of your team members, and invite new members using the invite button in the top right hand side
4. From here you can input the new user's email, and select whether to make them an 'Admin' or a 'Planner'. Admins have access to manage and edit the organisation settings, including payments and invoicing.
Once you click Send invitation, an email will be send to the email address provided with a link to join your organisation! If the user already has an account, they will be migrated to your organisation. If not they will be prompted to create an account.
